I purchased my 2012 S4 from Continental Audi one month ago and I coul not be more pleased with the vehicle. I decided to look at Audi since my son purhcased a used 2010 A4 and I was quite taken with his vehicle. I am a real muscle car fanatic and dearly loved my 2006 Mustang GT but once I drove the S4 I quickly decided to trade my Mustang for the excitement of the Audi S4. The S4 is an absolute rocket but is also a very refined luxury vehicle. I love the interior and the controls are ergonomically perfect. One extremely important point I must make, this is the first time of many new car buying experiences I have had where I NEVER felt any pressure from my salesman. Gonzalo Ladron de Guevara was a consumate gentleman. He ensured that all my questions were answered and genuinely cared about the purchase I was making. Of course, I did go to another Audi dealership (love to bargain for the best deal) and came very close to purchasing from the other dealership but I felt because of Gonzalo's wonderful service I had to give him a chance to beat the other guys price. He did just that and the entire purchase experience at Continental was fast, painless and truly enjoyable. When I am ready for my next new vehicle Audi will be on the top of my list and Gonzalo will be the sales person I look for! I truly want to thank Gonzalo for making this an excellent experience.

As always, the service and attention to detail was great. Our salesman, Dan Clark, from whom I've purchased 2 cars, always gets personally involved with any issue I may have, and makes sure everything is attended to in a timely and professional manor. This is the second time I have purchased a car with Audi. Not only do I love their cars, but their staff is outstanding. They greet you as soon as you come in and are beyond helpful. The salesmen I worked with, Doug Wiersema, was excellent! He was very inviting and communicated on both a business and personal level. I live about 260 miles away from the dealership and emailed on a Porsche Boxster they had advertised on AutoTrader. Another trip to Continental Audi and another smooth transaction. Dan Clark and the team at Continental Audi never cease to amaze me. No haggling, no funny business with the numbers, and always willing to go the extra mile. I was in the market for a replacement vehicle. I had been shopping around at numerous dealerships who had the car I wanted in stock. Numerous trips to dealers who would not negotiate, smelled and were filthy left me disappointed. I called Dan and asked if he could find me a car. Mind you I was not looking for an Audi, but Dan said he was confident he could find me a car. A few hours later he called me and told me he found my car!! This was not the exact model I had been looking for, it was even better. We sat down to "negotiate" and there was no pressure. I was given a fair amount for my trade, not low-balled like at other dealers. I can't say enough about my experiences at Continental Audi. I do not see myself buying a car anywhere else than Continental Audi nor with anyone other than Dan Clark.

This was the first car that I had ever purchased on my own and I was extremely nervous. But Jeff Garvey and Brian Bertuccioli made the experience very comfortable for me. When you walk into the dealership it can be a bit intimidating with all the extremely amazing cars sitting on the show room floor. But being greeted by a friendly and helpful smile is a nice surprise. The service shop was spotless and the folks there were great. They had a great selection of cars and were very knowledgeable about their products. I have just recently purchased my second A4 from this dealership and I would never take my car anywhere else to be serviced but Continental Audi in Naperville. Every time I bring my car in she's always pleasant and moves with a sense of urgency.  Below was my most recent experience.
 
I had paid my bill and was waiting for my car to be pulled around.  I was waiting for a little bit and Robyn noticed.  She said my car should have been up by now. Instead of making a call to see where one of your porters were, she grabbed the car keys herself and took care of it.  She ran outside, didn't walk, and had the car pulled out quickly, ready to go.  All with a smile and a pleasant, positive attitude.
 
It's the little details like this, that get's a dealer like you noticed.  You have such a nice dealership, obviously built upon the people you surround yourself with.  Thanks for having people like Robyn that always make your service department a positive experience.

I just purchased an Audi A4, it was the first vehicle I have ever bought in the US. Audi has a program for professionals working temporarily in this country and even though I was assured by other places that I was not going to be able to lease a car due to my very limited credit History, Gonzalo with the help of the Sales Manager Jason, not only made this happen but they also made it so easy. It made me wonder if the other places even tried. I was heading out of town on Labor Day weekend and was on a tight timeframe with a child. I found a nail in my tire and couldn't afford to break down on a highway. I always count on the Audi dealership for service and was not disappointed this time either. They took me in right away and told me what my options would be depending on the location of the nail. They come over to me 2 times to give me a status update as they worked on the car. The dealership was very clean and had plenty of wonderful snacks and drinks if hungry. I had an opportunity to get my car washed also. My service tech went over the repair and had all fluids filled. I was happily on my way in about 40 minutes from a very busy service area. I will always trust my service to Continental Audi in Naperville.

Continental Audi has an incredible service department! I have been taking my cars there for about 5 years now for a couple reasons. First, the customer service is amazing. Shannon Patt and Keith Lindgren are always easy going and well informed. Second, they always seem to go above and beyond to make getting your car fixed as easy a process as possible. Third the techs know there stuff. Mike Pucher does fantastic work as a technician! I wouldn't feel right if I didn't let you know about the unbelievable customer service we received from Dan Clark... this was not a short process by any means... I reached out to every Audi dealership within a 75 mile radius.  Dan was the only person who had enough integrity and honesty to go through the Q5 numbers with me... we must have exchanged emails and talked on the phone for a couple of months before we came in to the office... Dan also went out of his way to work with Katie and I since we are also getting married and bought a house all within a short time... Dan is the reason why, as our family continues to grow we'll come back and hopefully get the Q7... unless there is a way you can get me in the R8 :-)

Bill Manrot did a fantastic job getting the deal done on my new S5 Cabriolet. When I told him I was ready to get out of my RS6 and what I was after he let me know he had a car coming in that I would like. He was 100% right. He got the trade in number I needed on my car and a fast easy process to get the deal done. Best car buying experience I have had. This is my 5th Audi and I intend to go back to Continental for future purchases and service.

I have to commend Contiental Audi service department and specifically Shannon Patt of her excellent customer service as well as the service manager Dan. I am the owner of a 2010 S4 STASIS. I love the car and the only issue I have had is the brakes squeaking (in the shop 3 times with this issue). Shannon and techs have done all they can to handle this issue but it is a problem that Audi International needs to resolve as it occurs on most other Audi vehicles.
I contacted the Audi 800 number and told them of my issue and that the service department did everything they could barring replacing the brakes. Audi national approved replacement of the pads and Contintental did this quickly and efficiently and so far all has been fine. I hope this resolves the issue but still think it is a design flaw. Other than this the service has been great and I really enjoy the professionalism that Shannon and all at Continental show me.

After spending lots of time reading reviews on Edmunds and watching the Continental site for a car I was after (a certified 2009 A6 3.0T) I pinged Jeff who sold us our last Audi. As always, Jeff was prompt in responding. Best of all I can negotiate with him cleanly. No funny business. He worked with me to get the number with which i was happy -- and has a great personal style which I like. Finally, this is a repeat purchase from Continental Audi. This dealer group has class. My wife always gets a car wash if she's driving past, the service people are top notch, and when we had an accident they gave us a loaner for most of the service period. I'd highly recommend Continental. And if you need a good salesman, talk to Jeff.

I'm pretty sure most people don' t enjoy the car buying process....but as a woman, its even more daunting. I purposefully walked through dealership lots on Sundays so I could make up my mind without being bothered by pushy salesman. Then I searched the internet for a salesman/dealership that had good customer reviews. I don't have the time or patience to pick a dealership randomly and then sit through mind numbing negotiations so the internet was extremely helpful. And finally, I found Dan Clark at Continental Audi in Naperville, IL. I wasn't completely sold on the Audi SUV but since Dan, the dealership and the service department all had fantastic reviews I had to check it out. I live in the City of Chicago so Naperville is a loooong way to drive for anything. But I'm so glad I did! Dan Clark was the perfect salesperson for me. He was knowledgeable, genuine and easily guided me through the options and vehicle pricing. We had to negotiate a few things (you always do when making a purchase this big) but Dan was professional and even made things fun. And when he had to go and check on a few things, the other salesman treated me well too. What a crazy place! Seriously, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. And I loooove my Audi Q5. I even look forward to seeing Dan when I take it in for regular check ups. When have you ever wanted to see your salesman again? :)

I am a young, new, proud owner of A 2011 Audi R8 V10. Throughout this whole process Bill Manrot has been an exceptional salesperson, and now, friend to me. I went and spoke to a few dealers before who wouldn't give me the time of day or take me seriously, being so young. Bill understood the situation and helped and fought for me through the 1.5 years it took to get the purchase of the vehicle done. I thank him for that. I ended up buying two cars within one year, brand new, Q5 and R8. Let this be a lesson to some salespeople, as I was one before, never pre-judge a customer. You may not know who he is or what he is capable of. Bill did not, instead, he was a big help and apart of the biggest moment in my life. Just bought my third Audi from Continental, an '08 CPO A6, and as always it was a great experience thanks to Dan Clark.
Dan is simply the best. He is always available to answer questions and help you in any way he can. (Even on his day off!) Jason (used car mgr.), Scott (finance), Robin (service) are all top notch, good honest people.
I had been looking for a car for well over a month and had found very appealing cars at other dealerships via web search. I waited, however, until Dan and Continental had a car that I wanted. Why? Because when you find a dealership, and a Audi specialist/salesman that you can fully trust, you hang on to that relationship. Not to sound cynical, but the words dealership and trustworthy are rarely used in the same sentence. Continental Audi breaks that mold.

I believe that taking care of the customer is deeply seated in the culture at Continental Audi. Just wanted to say if anyone has the opportunity to do the Audi R8 Driving Experience; Do It!!! Just got back from Sonoma and had an absolute blast. Do not look at the cost because at the end of the day you will want to sign up for day two. My sales associate at Continental Audi Doug Wiersema pointed this out when I purchased our 2010 A6. That too was an awesome experience! As an incentive it might be a nice gesture to send an employee to Audi's Driving Experience; after all I would not have known about this if it were not for Doug. Knowledgeable, service orientated and a really nice guy, that is how I would explain Brian Berucciioli. Brian is someone that you look forward to doing business with. My husband and I purchased our 2010 Audi S5 from Continental Audi of Naperville. Brian was the one that approached us in the Audi parking lot and he just had this energy about him.
This was our first Audi and Brian new the answers to all of our questions, and we had plenty. This was my second purchase from Continental Audi, and I will keep coming back. This is a great dealership to work with, service is great, sales team is great. They make buying a car easy and straightforward. Price negotiations were fast and we quickly found a price both sides were happy with. No games, no drama, great communication, and they really made this all work out seamlessly. This was the first time I had worked with Toni Wesley, my salesperson, and she really did a great job from initial greeting and test drive through to keeping in touch with me by email until I came back to finalize the sale. Very thorough, very helpful, and continues to be in contact with me after the sale to ensure that things are going well with the purchase. I have a habit of trading cars every two years or so... The best part of the buying process was the test drive which I will not go into detail but you will enjoy the experience when you come in. I recently bought a vehicle from Continental Audi in Napervillle, and worked with Bill Manrot. Being from the city, there were a few other Audi dealers that were closer in terms of distance, but the team over at Continental won me over. As I mentioned, I worked with Bill Manrot who was not only extremely knowledgeable about Audi cars, but cars in general. Always professional and very helpful. Best part was that he didn't sit there and tell me that the Audi I was interested in "was the best car in the world" or anything to that nature. Instead he was courteous enough to outline the pros and cons of the car, and help me realize whether the car was a fit for my needs or not. In the end, it was this level of professionalism and insightful nature that made me want to proceed buying the car from them. Great experience. Very friendly salesperson (Toni). We scheduled an appointment the day before a holiday and Toni was waiting for us when we arrived the next business morning. The dealership allowed us to test drive four different cars in a single visit and even let us take one to lunch while we made our decision. Toni also endured the cold weather (the indoor showroom is being remodeled) as we tried to find the right car. When we came back from lunch the dealership gave us a very competitive price on a new car and book value for our trade-in. Toni and the service/finance staff even stayed an hour past closing to make sure we could take our new car home the same day. Everyone at Continental went the extra step to give us the best experience possible (no pressure) and worked very hard to earn (and keep) our business. It was well worth the 25-mile drive from downtown. We look forward to a equally positive service relationship.

This past October 19, starting our vacation,  driving south on the interstate very early in the morning in my superbly maintained 1994 Audi 90CS, the engine warning light came on and prompted me to carefully drive the twenty or so miles to your Audi dealership. I met with your Mr Keith Lindgren, explaining the circumstances. His response was immediate, businesslike, highly professional and showing a high level of genuine personal concern. A technician diagnosed the problem as a sensor for the coolant  temperature gauge and made immediate temporary repairs, advising that that part should soon be fully replaced. We just returned from our trip and no further problems were encountered during the 1200 miles of driving. Mr Lindgren's involvement and attitude could simply not have been more supportive and effective and I thought to bring this to your attention. In the meantime I have, with pleasure, completed the Audi survey which I found in my mail upon my return.

I recently purchased an Audi Q5 from Continental Audi and was floored by my experience. After reviewing different options online, it was my first day out to search for my new car and Continental Audi was my first stop. I was not completely sure I wanted an Audi and my intent was to visit other dealerships in the area and look at other options as well. However, after my experience at Audi and simply loving the car, I decided to end my search there. My sales person was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my questions and concerns about the car. At the time I picked up my car, he went over all of the nuances to the car and explained everything to me in detail. I then met the service team and learned about their operation and was pleased with their attention to detail and their dedication to accommodate the customer. I do not live in close proximity to Continental Audi, and after this experience certainly would never go anywhere else to purchase or service my car, and they offered to have someone drive to me and provide me with a loaner then take my car in for servicing! They also have a fantastic parts department who assured me the parts they use are certified Audi parts and never cut corners when servicing the car. They do their best to assess the situation and give appropriate timing to service the car, all the while keeping the customer updated with status reports. I am in the service industry myself and to have this kind of dedication from an auto dealer is unheard of and I am very pleased to do business with Continental Audi.

They performed several upgrades to my new S5 including STaSIS challenge edition pkg including ecu, brakes, suspension, exhaust, swaybar, etc. They will take care of your car as if it was there own. Viktor Hadjiev (Audi Sales)does an incredible job of also making sure even your service visits are world class. You leave the dealership confident of the work completed, and actually look forward to the next visit. I bought my Audi from Dan Clark at Continental Audi of Naperville last spring. I received notice of recall in the mail for my A4 from Continental Audi, early this year. The letter told me some basic information in regards to the recall and warned me to keep my eyes open for another letter that would then have me call for service in order to correct the issue. The letter arrived, promptly as promised. I called the day I received the letter in order to arrange an appointment. When I called I was offered the opportunity to have a loaner car delivered to me (as I do live quite a distance away from the dealership). Although, I did decline. The letter said the recall could be fixed in two hours time, so I figured I could deliver the car to them, this time. The day of my appointment arrived and unfortunately I had to cancel (due to my schedule). I called with not much advanced notice and they were completely understanding. They rescheduled immediately, no questions asked. I was able to keep the next appointment, however I did need a loaner car and forgot to make arrangement prior to my arrival. Once again, complete understanding from the service staff, a loaner car was made available to me right then and there, no questions asked. Delivering on their promises, service was complete in two hours time. The service staff had called my cell phone to let me that my car was ready, but told me no hurry on returning the loaner car. I discovered later that they had also emailed me that my car was done, too, which is very convenient. Service was friendly and quick. Recall was fixed and I got the opportunity to test drive a new A4 as my loaner car. I have no complaints as to this service appointment or any other service I have received here. I would definitely recommend Continental Audi of Naperville.
